Docs MCP server

The docs are served as an MCP server at https://docs.amps.ai/mcp. It has two read-only tools: one searches the docs, the other reads pages and the OpenAPI spec. Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http amps-docs https://docs.amps.ai/mcp

Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf Add this to the client’s MCP config (claude_desktop_config.json, ~/.cursor/mcp.json, or ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json), then restart the client.

To check it works, ask: “Which commands does an Amps battery accept?” The agent should call the docs tools before answering.

For tools without MCP support, point them at a plain-text version of the docs.

Any page is also available as Markdown: add .md to its URL.
